 We painted the hand of my girlfriend blue and her fingernails yellow. The background is a blue terry towelling. The additional abstract and miscoloured effect was achieved by playing with the curves in my editing program. Personally I like this shot a lot and I hope, that some of you feel in the same way :-)

I enjoy this picture its clear but I think the background clashes to much with the picture. I like and its very intresting!

Personally I didn't expected a score above 5. According to my former experiences with abstract and miscolored shots I'm even surprised, that this one finished with a 4.8 because it's not everybodys taste. After one week I'm not sure about the post processing on this shot myself too. According to the good comment of ChrisW123 I decided to put a different version on my private homepage. You can have a look under //www.200bar.de/nds/show_pic.php?id=101 if you are interested in. Personally I like this version a little more. Maybe this one could have done better on DPC because it doesn't look so much as digital art.

I like this a lot. The blues and yellows are a great choice which I actually recommended to some other phots I already critiqued before seeing this one. Well done in all aspects. Great choice for hand position and composition in general. I like the sharpening and contrast. 8

The composition of this photo is good. The post processing has changed the whole photo into more of a digital art photo, very psychodelic. But the yellow is deifinitely there and the challenge therefore met.

Very good I like it... Maybe a little too much green tho. Should have softened that. Plus the oversaturation of yellow blew out the detail too much I think. It's still good. 7.
