 I went to a parade today. The watchers were more interesting than the watchees!
No disrespect intended. Just going by the definition.
These are 2 attractive young people. The tatoos are well done and appealing. I did not wish to disparage them in any way. Maybe the Title should be. "Tacky is Beautiful"! The reason I chose to use this picture instead of other possibilities is that the amount of tatoos is more than the norm in my opinion and therefore fits the definition of tacky as being "showy" as defined in the challenge description. It was a very difficult challenge because It can be considered insulting. I did not mean that in anyway.

i dont find body art tacky ... i think its just another way ppl can express themselves .. also tacky is something that's such a personal opinion ..
but having said that i feel you have totally satisfied the challenge .. !! ..
