 this picture was taken a few days ago at the slope of the vulcano Teide on the Spanish island Tenerife.
Walking on the lava field was really breathtaking - it sounds like you were walking on broken glass!

I was lucky to visit the Teide NP with my lovely daughter about a week ago. We also spent a few days at the Costa Adeje Beach, Tenerife, where we also enjoyed wonderful sunsets. But I thought the lava field is something more special to show here
