Thanks for all the great comments and the humbling critiques. I should have played with a couple of different crops. I do appreciate the feedback! |

Nice idea. Since the shot is so close I would have liked to have seen the lashes without yellow and the nails a little neater with the color, the look for this pic is in the detail. Good idea and comp. |

Returning for comment:
very smart and alluring. i would have cropped at the first phallanx for dynamite effect. However, as is iy is deserving of a good bump in score. |

Very nice. I do find the tip of the nose a bit distracting and think a closer crop at the bottom would have helped. But I haven't figured the voters out, so don't put too much stock in my opinion. :) The focus in the rest of the photo is fantastic! BOL |

Yellow eye shadow - that's kind of scary. An interesting idea and composition, though, and very sharp rendition. |

Nice shot and unique idea, it would have been nice to have fingers in focus also which could be achieved by drawing back a bit, increasing the apeture to f8 or f11or more to increase DOF and then cropping to the desired size. Minor point, nice photo and one of my favorites. |

This is definately a clever idea...I would have tried a squarer crop around the eyes and fingers (the nose kinda distracts) but still, a clever idea. 7. |

DId you try to crop this above the nose? Also this would have more impact if it was BW and the nails and eye-line be in yellow. |

Interesting. The nails could've been done much better though - with some real, glossy nail polish instead of paint. |

great idea...how about those color changing contact lenses next time? :-) Would have liked to seen it cropped a little tighter by losing the nose. |

I like the idea. I think the Yellow polish should have appeared shiny and smooth. |
