 Calla lily shot in a white box lined with purple handmade paper. Lower light setting with lily forward from the two clamp lamps set above with no difusion.
Post: Rotate and crop. Layer adjustments for levels, brighness and contrast, hue and saturation, USM. Neat Image. Resize. USM.

Too bad that everything has to be so in-your-face now to communicate. This is still "it" for me.

This image would be totally awesome, but it seems to be a bit soft in some parts (lower left particularly). I also wish it were a bit brighter in the yellows, making it almost pop out of the monitor and assault my eye. As it is, it is a very nice abstract, but it doesn't blow me away.

I really like the dark background. If I were going to change anything, I would experiment with trying to balance the upper right darkness with something in the lower left, but that is a bit of a stretch.
