I'm torn, because this is hitting me different ways. The photo is all right, probably a 5 or a 6,
But I don't think my feelings are "is prejudice, fear or hatred against Russia, the Russians, and Russian culture". I don't quite think that being against a stronger group invading and destroying a weaker group is prejudice. Somehow I find it wrong bombing maternity hospitals, theaters, and civilians. So I don't know whether to vote solely on the merits of the photo, or to vote on what the photo is saying.
Since a photo is worth a thousand words, and this is a challenge on solidarity with Ukraine, I guess I'll vote accordingly.
Which brings me to the question -- if it was a solidarity with Russia challenge, and I disagreed with that, would I vote all those entries down? I always took offense at the people who were anti military and would automatically give anything military related a 1 regardless of the challenge. Or those who didn't like extended editing, and gave anything extended a one regardless of it's quality.
Interesting thing to think about.
