 Barney is a recently "acquired" resident. He stays outside and hangs around our barn area (mostly - does hang around the house some too). Barney is a feral cat that our neighbor used to take care of by feeding it. He's been captured and neutered previously. Our neighbor sold their house. The new neighbors asked my wife about the cat - we'd seen it around, but didn't know the story. So my wife calls the old neighbor and gets the story (feral/neutered, feeding, etc.).

So, now we have Barney (that's what we named him). We feed him twice a day. Seems ill-ish currently so we're giving him some dewormer medicine (talked to a vet first).

He's kind of growing on us. :-)

At the time I took this photo I was out wandering around looking for a shot for the Minimalism challenge and had my long lens on. Barney was waiting to be feed so he kept staring at me. LOL

I was going to introduce him with another photo I originally had in the Extended FS, but I pulled it after seeing this and entered something else instead.
