maybe i'm mistaken, but it looks like there is some extra broken glass in the shot that didn't come from the bulb - kind of confuses me as to how it got there (of course, you put it there -but you know what i mean). perhaps deeper depth-of-focus would be good here, as the only thing that really seems to be in focus is the left foreground piece of the bulb.

Too out of focus to be really effective, sorry

I like the composition, very cool shot.

This would have been voted higher by me if there weren't so many light bulb shots, many of which are better I'm afraid. Nice composition though! But it all seems a little out of focus.

I'm thrown off by the mixing of glass types. The DOF is a bit distracting but the compostion is very good. Good luck.

Needs more DOF, and perhaps a slightly better composition.

When a photo lacks any emotion (such as the 'setup' lightbulb shots normally do) you need something else. This 'something else' is usually a 'Wow factor' or something exciting/interesting about the photo to draw you in. I'm not getting any of that from this photo. What were you 'going for'? How could you have achieved the "Wow" that was needed?

Tthe edges are in focus, and that draws my eye, but then the composition direts my eye to the center, which is not in focus...not a good overall composiion.
