 Apparently my technical flaw wasn't bad enough to be obvious to all and both comments mentioned there was no visible flaw.

The highlights were blown and I pulled the highlights slider down too far in an attempt to pull them in, getting a yucky grey in those areas instead. Not something I would have entered in any other challenge. When I am shooting while pedaling, I have no time to adjust camera settings and many are throwaways. Here's a much better version snapped just a few moments prior. I'm actually pleased with this one.

this actually looks technically awesome . !! ..
not sure what is 'wrong' with it . great sense of movement .. wonderful light .. etc .. :)
