Awesome. The shallow depth is parfait. Brilliantly lit (Soft boxes?); the catchlights on the broken part are superb. not sure I love the branch at the top - the blown out needles keep stealing eye time from the important part. Overall, very powerful...for all sorts of reasons.

This is a very suiting shot for the challenge and I like how you have incorporated the christmas feeling with the unspoken "Broken Heart" message. Very creative. Good luck.
