I used to slide down a hill in a hood just like this one.
Nice photo...go back and shoot some more....raise the hood,etc.

I love the subject in this photo, I think it would have looked better with more space at the top, or were there any distractions that made you crop it tight?

I have done some research since I shot this photo. This is a '49 Buick Super ragtop - not a Chevy like I thought. Incredible to me that it has a 1962 license plate still attached. Thanks for all the kind comments and votes in my best finish yet. --Ray

Incredible that nobody's stolen the hood ornament yet! Maybe there should be a "rescue organization" for old cars like there is for injured or abandoned animals.

The softness of the picture makes me feel sorry for this rusted thing that has probably seen many wars.
