I rated this low because it's not an original pic, i've seen too many in this challenge and rated them low too. Blurry photo, it would be better with a lower shutter speed.

not overly impressed with the motion blur. I know it was most likly what your were trying for but in this shot I don't think it works as well as it could.

I like the effect at the loose end of the flag but I would lke it better if the end near the pole were sharper.

Nice color use. Good composition. I would liked to see some of the flag in focus. The area closest to the pole, with the outer edge of the flag showing motion blur.

I really like the composition and the motion blur. The title adds to the impact of the image also. I feel the image could be enhanced by some level adjustments, increased saturation and perhaps a curves adjustment to give the tones and colours more impact. Basically to make what is already there stand out more. This would also make an interesting black and white image. This is one of the better examples of motion blur. Good Luck.
