The water is covered in ripples and it's a joy to look at but it still doesn't shout wind to me. I like the way the eye is carried through the picture to the top left hand corner and under the bridge.

THe only connection i see to the challenge is the title. The image does not say wind to me.

The water looks great, but the lights on the light posts are a bit bright and distracting

Nothing in this photo seems to convey wind A longer exposure might have added motion blur to the surface of the water, suggesting that there is a breeze.

Failing to see wind, other than the ripples on the water which equates to a weak entry. Your focal point seems to be the Christmas lights, not the water. At least in my eyes the point of interest are the lights.
