Funny! Seems a bit unclear though, perhaps because of flat light and low contrast and focus sharpness.

Humor. Ha ha, i get it. Beyond that...the composition is bad, the pic is a bit noisy, the colors are dull (lighting or underexposre or both, proper PP(post production) can fix that). The border detracts by drawing my eye too much. The wire in the sky is also a distraction.

It shows wind, and so it meets the challenge. There are way to many distracfting elements though. I think the windsock should have been more of the frame.

Shell halfway cut, wire on top left corner, colors dry. overal not a pleasant composition.
