| normally when someone uses the line of reflection from water exactly half way up an image, so you have 50/50 symmetry, it just drives me MAD! but here, against all my pre-conceived prejudices, it works really bloody well. indeed, due to the shape of the monument, such composition serves a purpose, and it is very effective. i love the hole in the monument, which is finished by the reflection in the water. sadly, i think i prefer this to the one you selected for the challenge... |
