| The color, light and composition of this shot are nice with exception of the top of the second flag pole in the frame. Definitely depicts the wind. I am not a fan of the border. 7 on my scale where 6 is average. |

| nice border - ties into the pic nicely. the second flag pole is a distraction and needs to go. the shadow of it on the flag is bad too. |

| The image itself is quite dramatic. The saturation works well. I think the bottom flag pole is a little distracting. I know you probably couldn't do much about that but it draws my eye quite a bit. Also in all honesty I feel that the border detracts from the image quite alot. A think a plain white border would elegantly enhance the image which is already good. Good Luck. |

| My eyes are drawn right to the border in this shot - I think it's a little to powerful. The shot does meet the challenge though and exposure and focus are right on. If this were advanced challenge, I would remove the extra flagpole. 7 |

| IMO, The pole in the center and its shadow on the flag is distracting and the red border draws too much attention. Besides that, its a good shot, love the lighting on the flag. |
