A cute photo, good quality and nice lighting, although I'm going to be picky and say that the subject of the contest is "wind" not air movement. I dont think someone blowing air counts as wind.

I've got a soft spot for any photos with kids. good work. I like this image very much. The stillness of the water, the sharp focus on the boat, the softness of the face. It seems a bit dark to me, but I'm not sure how to punch it up without creating a distracting background.
