I agree. The cloud has to go. And I'd darken the flag's blue a bit, so it comes out better against the blue of the sky.

Exposure is perfect. Crop is good. My tiny little nit-pick is to clone out the bit of cloud sticking out from the flag...my eye keeps drifting to it.
