I wrestled with this challenge and finally came up with an idea on the last day. There are a few ways to accomplish the result but only one (a long exposure) that would be acceptable under the Standard rules. I had a 30 minute window to take the picture under the right lighting conditions as it was getting dark in the evening. It is a 30 second exposure. I posed in front of the wall for 20 seconds and then quickly moved out of the way. Some post processing and that was it. I did have to practice my facial expression in the mirror. Pretty scary huh?!!

interesting photo but will it stand the rules for "Standard editing". Its less bout Rock than about the human element for me.
