About a year ago I started to bake our own bread once a week, preferably Saturday morning so that it’s still warm for breakfast.
I have experimented with different types of grains, my family likes spelt bread with walnuts and pumpkin seeds the most. And I have to admit it is a delicacy just with a little butter and definitely my simple pleasure
