HDR from 5 or 6 bracketed images. I forgot to turn Auto ISO off, so it ended up being ISO bracketing, which is probably the same as shooting one RAW file and working with that. But I never got a good RAW workflow, so I shoot JPEG.
Even in JPEG, I'm not sure the extra shots did anything, as the EV-1 shot had no clipping on either end.
I no longer have Photoshop, so I used Hugin to output an HDR "panorama" (this was handheld, so I needed some aligment). Tonemapped in GIMP, then did some basic global editing (USM, curves, etc.) in a photo viewer.
