I could almost feel the sense of loss when I watched these two in the parade. Grandpa looks stern, but I think perhaps sad as well, or has a gritty determination about him.

Could have dug into the archives and found some fun family photos I suppose, or some cute "family" animal shoehorn images, but once I saw this, I knew I wasn't going to go archival at all.
