Hi Roz,
Not much of a back story. Dropped my wife off at the grocery store (the building in the backround). It's near the light rail. I was driving around taking some pictures while she was shopping. Parked my car nearby the tracks and waited for the train to come by and took several pictures, chose this one. It was actually lighter out than the final edit appears but I used some selective editing (darkening and lighting) to give it some atmosphere!
