CC: Great use wide angle techniques getting really close to the animal, to good effect. The extremely over exposed sky is also dramatic, turning the bare trees into skeletal hands, grasping at the corpse. Overall a very dramatic and creepy entry and certainly has many aspects of despair.
Technically it does seem a bit oversharpened, particularly in the way the fur 'stands out' and the sepia sky is a bit distracting with the cloud in the upper left. I think this is great and you should keep trying to follow your own ideas, even if maybe not everyone gets it every time. |

| I can see that this is an animal, and there is probably quite a story of despair here. Unfortunately, after studying it, I can\'t qute make heads or tails out of it. In my case it\'s prolly just as well, as animals suffering can haunt me. |

| Road kill???? This is a bit too Tom Green for my liking. I like the b&w/sepia thing you have going on, but the subject is just too sick. |
