Good picture for despair. It has great contrast & cropping. Good shot.

i think this is an excellent composition and I like the darkness of it, but i think the subject could use a little more light and still maintain the dark theme.... nice shot :) - setzler |

Now this is brilliant photography. The way the model is holding the noose is really expressing himself about the way he is feeling at this moment. Although I wish upon nobody to seriously take it upon themselves to carry out this proceedure and I understand that this is staged (but very very well). Your photo carries a lot of emotion and despair. I wish you the best in this challenge. 10 :) |

Pretty good, a little more light I think from the right. |

Lovely and scary! I love the way only one part of you is seen on the picture and the one died in despair! Don't care much about sharpness in this one, just my feelings! Good 9 from me. |

Lighting was very good, especially how it comes from the side to illuminate only one side of his face. The only bad comment I would have would be on the focus. |

Sorry mock suicide photos are not despair to me, great focus, great shot, but the subject gets a 1. |

Wow macabre for sure, but it's the challenge and you got "despair" jumping out of your photo, good job! I especially love the minimal lighting you have here which gives your image that extra dose of "depression" with all that darkness. |
