A great shot. I like how there is still somesnow on some surfaces. I'd like a version which didn't run through NeatImage, it really killed some important details in the brick wall.

Photo is tilted to the right just a tad, but it really is detracting. Other than that, it is a good photo

There you go. . . .perfect face for this challenge! I love it! It even has eyebrows :) Don't let them tell you it's not cropped enough. It's perfect :)

I might have tried a vertical crop and removed the windows on the lower left. Nice color and it meets the challenge very well.

Good composition-like the way you cropped this. Fine detail lost with aggressive noise reduction and results in an overall plasticky appearance.
