| I like the contrast in the black and white but would like to see more detail on the pump and maybe the handle seperated from the background more...a higher angle may do that. |

| Great capture you've got here. It works well with black and white. My only recommendation may be to separate the pump with more space from the dark of the trees on top. Maybe change the angle so more snow shows at the top. Excellent display though...thanks for the chance to see it! |

| It's a lovely, pure mechanical object, but there's a significant subject/ground conflict here, witht he handle getting lost in the treeline and the top of the pump tangent to the strong horizontal. |

| Nice try at the "dark subject on snow" shot. Sort of like a 7-10 split in bowling. I usually try to pick one or the other and let the other fall where it may. There seems to be a loss of detail on both here. |

| Very nice, I think that maybe editing out the trees in the background or an angle where there is not so much going on behind the pump would have worked better. |
