| I don't think this person is going to make it to work on time! It is too difficult to make out the details of the building and the person. Better lighting please. |

I don't really get a sense of despair from this. To me it's just a chore, so get on with it! (Here speaks someone who will see at most 2 inches of snow a year)
Technically, it is well exposed and composed. |

| Upping the contrast and using a mroe agressive crop would have made this a very effective picture. |
