The idea of the challenge was to 'hide' waldo! This challenge required the viewer to search the picture not just give it a glance and then move on!

This is a very interesting photograph, but after 5 minutes of looking I still do not see Waldo. Perhaps just a little too well hid. remember the DPC 5 second rule, most voters do not look at any photograph for more than 5 seconds, and that can kill your photo if the subject is too hard to find.

This made me look at this for ages before I could spot Waldo! Of course once I had it stood out quite well. Not finished voting yet but this must have a great chance in the challenge. Technically I can find nothing wrong. Good luck.

Colors and focus are very nice. I think the black space between the buildings running up the left side of the photo is distracting. I never could find Ms. Waldo (hope she's not in that black space!), but I do like your idea. :)

Well, if she's in one of the windows then she's clearly too small to matter the composition. Otherwise a well done photo.
