Very nicely captured image, without over doing the sharpening and saturation. ((8)) |

Nice capture, but the framing isn't all that exciting. |

Wonderful Macro. Very sharp and great depth of focus. I love the contrasting colors of the bee against the pink flower. Very well done. |

Whilst there are marvellous qualities to this, it somehow seems to lack that real fragility of fine detail - perhaps a processing thing, which would be good as it would be rescuable, perhaps. For me, it jjust takes the edge off what would otherwise have been a marvellous study. |

I love the colors here... and great focus! I have to ask... is this bee actually alive? Something about the crop strikes me as a little off... but I played around with it a bit and can't find one I like better, maybe if there is more to the photo (which I assume there is) you might want to go back and take a look at the crop again. Nicely done. |

This is the best insect photo here, way out in front of the others. The focus on the bee is tack sharp and the colors are breathtaking. This is a 10 in my book! |

That bee almost looks surreal. I love the way you can see the tatteredness in it's wing, and the contrast between the bee and the flower. Great picture! |

My favourite bee shot of the challenge (at least so far). Given the number of them that is no small feat! 9. |

Beautiful macro. Love the detail on the bee and the colors in the flower set the bee apart perfectly. Good luck in the challenge! |

Second bee image I saw and this looks more like a Jacko shot. It will be interesting to see if either of these are his. And if this is Jacko, Happy birthday. Great focus and colours, much prefer this bee image to the other one I've seen thus far. Wonder image...well done. |

Goofy title rescued by a fine picture. I love the detail in the wings and razor sharp focus on the whole bee. Composition works well overall. Great job! Hope it ribbons. |
