What a cool image. Love the slight blur caused by the movement. Nicely done. I like the post editing. |

This is a stunning shot. I didn`t vote in that challenge, which is a pity as this would have received a ten from me. I can`t quite believe that it scored sub six.
One of my ambitions has been to recreate the pic on John Lennon`s "Rock and Roll" album which was taken way back in the early sixties in Germany, where he`s standing in a doorway (pin sharp) while all the pedestrians are blurred as they walk by...this reminds me of that pic with the slightly "anarchic" mood it creates.
Truly brilliant.
Great title by the way !!

Depart from the norm and it places so-so.
Follow a recipe to try and please eveyone and it may score high but won't be something you would be personally pleased with.
Stick with your style Sher - it's a gift! |

Whaaaattt? 5.861 and 45th? No way!
Hmm, if you add the average vote of commenters to the average score and divide the total by 2 you'd be the winner. ;)
Edit: BTW, cool new portfolio portrait!

Returning for comments & a small bump from 9 to 10..
There's a very unusual aspect here that makes this shot. The trace of the lights & person seem different. Perhaps not a jaw-dropping, Holy Crap Wow shot, but is simple, moody & effective in it's own way.

Nice motion and activity in this photo. I like the effect, certainly as an ' electric avenue'. |

Very nice effects. I hope you don't get voted down by the "not in focus" crowd. 9 |

A striking image, but not to my mind truly a "candid"; It's an image that is based on a person, and the person is unaware youa re shooting, but it lacks the emotional quotient that defines "candid" in my mind. |

This is a fantastic image and one I would be extremely proud of. I wish you the best in the challenge as I fear some voters will not understand the candid nature of this scene since there is not a lot going on directly with the solitary walker. It is the way you have placed them in the scene on electric avenue that gives insights into their character and what may be going on inside the mind of you, them, and everyone...10 |

Cool shot, it just is a bit blurry with the motion of the walker, which makes it difficult to appreciate the image. |

I find the lights to be too distracting. But it makes an interesting shot. |
