Cute. I think going with black and white for this child's skin might not have been the best choice, the hands end up looking rather dirty.

Cute hands, but this is a concept that has been done so many times before that there needs to be something really extraordinary about the image for it to jump out at me. Still on technical merit alone this warrants a six.
