Touched out the power line, which was pretty much washed out by the sky anyway. Other than that, I just cropped it and voila. I took the pic in sepia mode. I took this picture the day that my Michigan 24/7 book was delivered to the house.

too bad the sky is so washed out. Also, maybe bump the shadows up just a tad in the Levels.

sepia tone would have greatly enhanced the effect I think you were going for.

The sepia style treatment makes this image. Nice composition. I really like the old style feel here.

Love the vintage look! Just wish there was some visual interest to the sky

Nice feeling. I like the rustic look and the choice of B & W.

Pedro? Has the feel and tonality of some of his work, anyway, along with that sense of composition. Wonderul light on the nearer part of the fence. The leading lines, although they are played against by that light, take me perhaps too far out of frame, and the arresting point of those trees, being so clipped and weakly placed, do leave the image feeling incomplete, to me. I wnder if wouldn't actually have had more strength for cropping them out altogether? Just leave the fence's interrupted rhythm to speak for itself, perhaps?
