| I think this is a strong composition, but your choice of soft focus doesn't seem to work well for me... there needs to be some element of this photo in a little sharper focus to really grab the viewer... - setzler |

| Cute idea and good composition. I think i may have preferred that you focus on the yolk....the dof just seems 'off' to me as is. A colored background (maybe golden-yellow) may have also helped this 'pop.' |

| like the DOF on the foreground (fuzziness) maybe a touch sharper at the main part of the egg and yolk. Was the color of the egg a purplish color? |
