Oh! Now I see the Waldo and can't for the life of me understand that I missed him - good thing you pointed it out and I'm sorry I didn't see him when I wrote my comment below. It's funny to me how now that he's been pointed out, I can't *not* see him.

Some folks said that they had trouble finding the "Waldo." Look along the left side of the thermometer tube. It is a face that is elongated vertically turned a bit to the right but looking right at you. It is a reflection.

Thanks for taking the time to vote and comment.

Returning for comments:
A wonderful subtle Waldo. It is good because I missed at first glance. Bumping up.

I have one of those in my kitchen. Never thought of your shot, but a great idea. A 7

could the focus be reversed to accent the near and blur the far?

Not an eye appealing shot. I guess because the subject is out of focus. You may have wanted it to be that way but to me it is a distraction. Good place to put waldo.

Don't get it
i have looked and i just can't find the hidden person
if it is a reflection then it is not obvious enough
good luck anyway

I like how it looks like the waldo is inside the glass, but I think the rest of the stuff behind the glass tube thing is distracting and unappealing.

Actually, that's quite excellent. Almost ghostly looking. Great job.

Looks like the camera focused on the background though.

There are a few distracting things in this photo such as the lamp and wicker basket. But I like the skinny face in the reflection. Nicely done.

A bit blurry and I don't see any Waldo, but the composition is nice (except for the lamp in the back).

I like this one. It's much more creative than the plethora of small-figure-in-large-scene photos. Just wish the focus were sharper.
