Nice photo, I would have maybe had just a little less sky at the top.
Of course, hind sight is always easy. Well done.

a lower perspective, down by the yellow line would maybe have given a stronger feel to this - and maybe let you get the bridge higher in the frame to fill 2/3rds of the shot ?

The suspension cables make terrific leading lines. Nice cloud structures also.

Pretty cool, I might have cropped a bit of the sky out though.

Altough the lines lead to the flag it is not clear that the flag is the main subject because of those lines. This image is more about the bridge itself, with an interesting play of lines. Doesn't mean I don't like it, because I do.
Have you considered another crop/frame, less sky, more of the centre of the image to get a better composition and to use the two middle lines better and get a better lead to the flag itself. The image doesn't need the two outher lines. I'd cut it off right inside the two safetygates on the outer lines, leave the bottom in and cut off some sky.

watch out! here come the cops! (C: nice perspective. catching the flag a little sharper, would emphasize it. an angle off to the side might be interesting, too

Nice shot. Maybe try to take the picture at another time of the day to get better lighting. Good luck.

Nice picture and perspective of the bridge. I am led right to the flag.

Interesting vantage point. The focal point (the flag?) is not very noticable once oyu follow the lines.

Good shot, challenge met on the bottom half of the image. whatever was at your feet would have been more interesting than that dull blue sky in the top third of the picture. Decentralizing your main subject (the flag) would improve the composition.

I would have liked this picture better if you had moved a lttle more to the left and centered the yellow line. It also could have been a litle brighter. It does bring back some memories since I used to Live on the Brookyn side of this bridge.

This definitely fulfills the challenge, however technically the picture could have been better. Getting down and really filling the frame would have been nice, as it is, the picture is very very centered, which isn't extrelmely pleasing to the eye... if anything I would have cropped off some of the clouds. Good subject though.

To make the leading lines in this photo stand out more, consider moving forward and position yourself right beside the base of those guide pipes and getting down on your knees or lower so that your head is right at the level of that fence. That way, you'll be shooting slightly upwards. Hmmm.... on second thought, that would probably mean you'd only get a photo of the two center pipes and not the outer two ones. *scratches head*

Nice, but you need the flag and top of the bridge to be a little higher in the picture. (Less sky). Plus you should have used "Fill Flash" or something to lighten the foreground.

too dark, too much sky.

excellent composition... the lighting on the bridge seems a little weak but probalby a time of day issue... good work :) - setzler

Where's the snow?

This is a good idea with the line of the bridge leading to the flag, however there is a lot of stuff that seems to be competing with that line and it tends to make the image a little confusing to look at. The line caused by the pavement and the people walking along that pavement for instance. A good idea though.

Probably a bit more sky than I would have preferred, but still a good shot for the challenge!
