Not to take anything away from the winners, but I want everyone to know that I felt this was one of the three best images this week.

The colors used (shell, scrambled egg and background) in this image are fantastic together! Composition and concept are top notch.

Hm...really nice image quality. I love the blurred background. The scrambled eggs...well...maybe not such a good idea imo

this is an excellent photo.. the detail is nice.. it's just visually unappealing to me personally... but that doesn't take away from a good photo.. excellent work :) - setzler

This is hilarious! What an original idea, I am always amazed to see photos like this and have to ask myself why didn't I think of that. You did it very well. The shallow DOF is just enough to keep all the important parts in focus.

Not sure the stuff round the bottom helps, and the two tone background doesnt help.
