| nice capture. this would have done well in candid. here, for me, the bokeh is a bit too busy, providing more of a distraction than an enhancement. i like the colors, and the sparkles in her hat really bring a lot to the image. good luck! |

| Cropped a bit too tightly for my personal taste but this is a good shot, good colours, good bokeh and good sharpness. |

| This shows nice bokeh that is related to the subject. Cute kid, nice smile, and nice colors. My only complaint is the crop. This would have been much better with both hands showing on the shovel rather than one arm cropped out. Still very nice. |

great capture; sharpness and focus is right on;expression is delightful and your capture of bokeh is exactly how I interpret bokeh. Bump to 9

| Nice job capturing the bokeh. It would have been a little better if she wore a different color hat so there was more contrast between her and the background. Nice shot though. |

| The short definition of Bokeh from KenRockwell.com, which I am using for voting on this challenge: "Bokeh describes the rendition of out-of-focus points of light." Is the subject enhanced by the bokeh of the background? Yep. Looks cold from front to back! |
