a nice sharp colorful shot. I think it would improve with a change in the angle. Moving more to the front of the runner to get that speaker off the top of his head, and maybe shooting from a lower perspective.
Good job spotlighting the nice muscle definition. |

| nice anticipation of movement here, you can see it in the tautness of his muscles. the lighting seems a little flat, and theres a speaker coming out of his head. |
