Well the buildings are undistinguished, but I like the window glass. The photo is OK, but I'm afraid it doesn't really capture my interest. It's a good shot in many ways, I just feel it doesn't have one special property to give it more impact. Sorry. 5.

nice tones , but cropping out the bottom story is a bit like cutting off the top of a person's head in a portrait.
