this is a building's outside... I rotated the camera to give an impression of a plaza with a building on it.

EDITING:
no rotate or crop
I used GIMP

1 used a masked adjustment layer to dodge the white areas, opacity set to 95% to leave a hint of color
2 used a masked adjusment layer to burn some of the windows to lower the reflecions, opacity set to 40%
3 used a masked desaturated layer to take the color out of the alumium parts, opacity set to 70% to leave a little blue for the metalic look
4 select blue areas on new layer and blured and blended back at 80% to reduce noise
5 cloned out a few small distracting reflections
6 flattened, resized and light usm
7 saved for web

tried a green hue shift that looked exellent but introduced to much noise, so this is true to the color you see in real life

Maybe it's me, I just don't like the angle of this photo. I'd have to be outside that building walking around it to see how it could be different.

I like the colors a lot; also the way you angled the picture creates a lot of interest...it has a nice flowing color quality to it.

Heck this didn't do that bad. You sure as heck beat mine. Great blues in this. I like the perspective of the lines widening from top to bottom and the great rich blues in it as well. I also like the repitition of the the silver squares in the dark lines. The angle is good. How much more of there is the cylindrical area to the left? I there is more, I'm wondering how this would look with that on upper right angle totally and the flat area on the lower left angle with out the vertical area that is now on the upper left? Great stuff any which way you look at it.

Now theres an underrated image. The black and white stripes make for a really powerful abstract. Small consolation I know, but if I'd voted this would have got a nine or ten from me.

In my opinion a deeper DOF would suit this better.
