technically this isn't "Galloping Gertie." The original bridge destroyed itself due to resonance - this is the new bridge that replaced it.
beautiful shot though. |

Slightly out of focus, but a good perspective. Waiting for more interesting light would have really helped you here, in my opinion, and would have made your highlights much more dramatic and dynamic. |

my, what an excellent photograph. Love the blue sky and the blue waters. those clouds are lovely too. the bridge us just tremendous looking. Good job. |

Nice work - great composition and nice colour. The image is perhaps a little bit blurry (perhaps camera shake) but in general well done. |

Very nice shot! This view makes the span look longer than it really is. Some of the detail in the distance (islands/trees) aren\'t very clear, but the bridge is! Very good color! 9 Swash
*BTW - title is fairly well known, but I'll bet you're getting some comments that don't get it. |

Would have shifted to the left to move the closer pillar to an anchor. Adjust the contrast. |

I really like the image. Very good image quality and perspective. The water even looks purple from the way the image was shot. Good job. |
