Nice composition and lines that draw the eye to and beyond the bridge. It seems out of focus, or maybe you used "unsharp mask" too enthusiastically. |

You could submit a larger photo size! I have to deduct a little for that, a photo this small is hard to judge. |

It was a dark and stormy looking photograph, and there's something (maybe from the lighting) in the left third/quad that looks like a heavy line running all the way from the sky to the water. |

nice photo, like that boat under the bridge. like the looks of all that steel on the bridge and the stormy looking sky. your photo looks kind of small though |

Contrasts seem good, focus must be pretty sharp, too, but if I'm not mistaken, the structure of the bridge has compression effects (seems jaggy and less than sharp). The boat on the river seems really sharp (justification to say the focus is good). Contrast seems about right. (joke - half score for half a bridge).
Actual score 6 - Swash |

Enter your comment here, and then cast your vote...Like the gray tones of the shot. Is there a streak on your lens or barrel reflection on the left? |

seems a little out of focus. you might have cut more of the water out to give it more of a panoramic look. |

Simon and Garfunkle, right?
I like the tones, and the incorporation of the boat. Nice movement there. I'd like to see this a tad bigger, but overall I like it. |

Oh that's exceptional. Only thing it's a little small. Another thing that bothers me is the brown streak in the upper left corner (of the sky). What caused that? |

Nice cropping & contrast. It is a little dark. Nice job. |

That's a beautiful bridge, but I am not sure that you need all of that water in the foreground. It might be improved if some was cropped off. I don't think the boat does anything either. |

Very beautiful bridge! Nice composition and the boat adds a nice touch to the photo. IMO it's just a little dark and I would have liked to see the image a bit larger. Maybe try to submit your picture at the maximum 640 on the long side (I realize depending on crop this isn't always possible). Good luck with the challenge! |
