I've had to come back and study this shot a few times to really appreciate it.
The composition and detail are good, the point in space where the eyes are focus is perfect here, and is a photograph sure to make a parent beam looking at it ((8))

wow! what a capture. you have caught the essence of the moment here. don't you just love it when these unplanned moments result in images like this! way to go! i hope this isn't getting overlooked in this super-sized challenge, and that viewers are giving this the time necessary to appreciate it. thanks for sharing. good luck with this, and all the challenges yet to come!

I like the fact that you cropped it tight to leave us with our imagination as to what he could be so focused one. Good job.

Good catch! nice candid. I like his bright colors against the fairly simple blueish background and how the button he is pushing ties it all in, as well as his blue eyes. I think that all works very well. The title you came up with is good, because it works in two ways... he's in wonderment.. and we are wondering what he is pushing and looking at! I think the extra space you left at the top works well. My only issue with it is whether it should be rotated just slightly so that the metal(?) against the wall is straight up vertical.

Perhaps a white border would have made for a better choice? Excellent clarity, colors and crispness in this shot and it makes you wonder what he's looking at. well done and keep up the good work in 2005. <9>

a GREAT child photo! (Riding the elevator?) Look at that expression - it doesn't get a lot better than times of intrigue and discovery for a child. This is lovely! 8

Love the lighting on his face and eyes. Came out great considering he was just playing a game or using a some type of vending machine! What a cute kid.
