COMPOSITION
You have chosen what I think is a potentially captivating picture, but I think a couple of things could have been done with the composition to make it a little more engaging and/or dynamic. It feels off-balanced to me. Though the pipe thing leads into the picture well, I think it is a little too vertical. Maybe if you could have made it so that it was leading more towards the center of the picture instead of almost straight up the left edge, it would have been better. Overall, I think if you could have gotten closer to the bridge, it would have had more immediate appeal, as well.
TECHNIQUE
Your focus and exposure is great as many of the details are visible throughout the picture. The bridge does seem to blend into the sky, somewhat. Too bad it wasn't a clear day, huh? Something that might help is to desaturate all the colors except blue. This would minimize the blandness of the sky, and keep that interesting blue streak across the bridge.
OVERALL EFFECT
It is a good picture, technically, and the blue streak across the bridge really grabbed my attention. I think changing the angle a bit, getting closer might make it a little more striking.
Best to you in the future challenges.

very nice perspective and well framed. Too bad the sky would not cooperate. Good job...8 |

Very nice composition, just wish there was a bit more contrast between the bridge and the sky. Also like the reflection in the water alot. |

That's a really cool bridge! Seems a little flat, but it works, and I love the blue tones - gorgeous. |

Nifty bridge. I like the towers, but it does make the bridge less striking. Your most interesting light is in the water near the foreground just before the calm water. It should probably be on the bridge itself. |

You/ve captured a really nice shot of this footbridge with the towers on either side. My only complaint is that the sky is just a mite too bright - - any way you could have toned it down a bit?? |

I'd go for a closer 'architectural' approach to this bridge, or try shooting at night when the sky and water dont look so bad. |
