Nice subject matter for a shot. Here's what I see needs improvement:
The horizon is dead-center for one - this hurts an image as the eyes don't know if they should go up or down. The trees are a bit harsh on contrast and could use adjustment in the saturation brightness area. Hope this helps. ((5)) |

wow, what an image. i hope that the viewers are giving this one enough time to take it in, and not just blowing by it. i think you might be hurt by the horizon so evenly splitting the image in half. the water is so still that everything seems to be running together. if the duck is actually the subject, you probably would have done better to compose in such a way to accentuate it, as opposed it being virtually hidden. good luck in this and the challenges yet to come! |

Really great reflections - though to be honest I feel like the duck that you allude to in the title actually detracts from the peacefulness of this image. 7. |

either overexposed or something. Hallet's Peak in the back doesn't look right to me, been there numerous times. |

Title seems a little extravagent for me, but I like the shot. Yellows and greens seem too bright to me. Peaceful scene. |

There it is again -- my favorite place on the planet. I won't mark you down for jealousy, but it's tempting :) :) (Just kidding) I have some picutres a lot like this at this exact spot: in sunset. In snow. In the beauty of summer. But I never tire of looking at it again. It looks like just maybe it was taken too mid-dayish because it might be a little bright, but I still love the picture anyway! |

A Nice Bob Ross style image. Great colours and reflection in the water. I might have tweaked the levels to try and bring out some more of the shadows and terrain. Good shot. |

Beautiful scene. Great reflection. The duck in the foreground helps to bring it to life. |

Very harsh lighting and saturation. Love the symmetry of the relfection though. |

Wow that's bright! I like the rocky horizon, as well as the clouds. The shoreline seems too indistinct to my eye except at the extreme right. 5 |

imo a little too much contrast. |

Excellent scene. The trees look a little pale. |
