This looks like you were holding the camera as you moved through the bridge. I like the idea, though there's a bit too much 'motion' visible here. The only staionary portion of the photo is the bar along the top, and to me that makes this photo a bit dizzying. I'm not sure how that could be corrected and still have the effect, but that's what strikes me about this photo.

Very nice motion effect! Point of interest at the end of the tunnel with the car as well. Nice job! Keep it up!

I really like the motion effect you have created. The border is perhaps a little too much - the image can stand on it's own quite well and the white border is kind of distracting.
