shadows create too much conflict for me. I do however like the subject (doors, window, arch); it meets the challenge.

I keep wanting to do shots like this. Some church doors are so cool looking. These included. Your shot seems a bit tilted to the left or maybe you took it from a slight angle instead of dead on. I also think you could have panned back a bit to ge the full door plus the window. Maybe a different time of day would help lessen the shadows.

Good work with texture and shade. The allmost centered viewpoint bothers me though.

I wish you had included the bottom of the door and a step or two in the frame. Nice light tones and textures, but too tight a crop for me.

Nice lighting - but not seeing the bottom of the doors make this seem a bit unbalanced to me.

i feel this picture is to cold, like the shadows though but else i cant seem to get the meaning of this one.
