The dark room days are quickly passing with digital at such a demand. This was a last minute thing, and as I worked on it I quickly realized that it would be something that you either really like or really hate.

Editing (Basic)
1. played with the colors (Hue sat, ect.)
2. added a slight amount of guassian blur
3. added a thin border

There was a couple of photos submitted that were similar to yours, but this one very clearlty shows the "old and new" which sets it apart froms the others:)

I can tell you are trying to give off that darkroom light. I know not many will realize that. Good shot, though

I think this will suffer due to the similarity with a high number of entries.

On my monitor, the light looks too magenta to be a safe light used in a traditional darkroom which sort of spoils the effect for me.

Idea is good but a bit too dark and not enough contrast

Many used the idea of old and new modes of photography, but this is a nice twist from the shot of two cameras. The clarity isn't the greatest. The arrangement of objects is thoughtful and pleasing.

Lighting is harsh.
