Congratulations on a beautiful image! I like this very much because of the techniques you employed to create it. The time you put into it paid off.
The soft focus works with the sepia to give an aged, nostalgic mood to it.
Your composition is good with fine perspective, plus just the right amount of foreground and background to give a sense of place.
Exposure is a tad dark, but I think it's fine. Contrast is soft and I like it that way, for this image.
Post processing is fine, with no digital noise.
Overall this has an ethereal quality and qualifies as art. Very nice job!
Regards,
Grayce

A ver nice shot, effectively using a soft focus. I think this shot works well for showing the difference between "out of focus" and "soft focus." I think cropping it a little more on the left, and not centering the "covering" so much would have given it more dynamics. |

just too soft for me, can't see enough details to say much about it |

how many people are telling you that this is out of focus ;-)
while i assume it was your intention to have a 'softer' photo, its not a technique that does much for me (although for many of us, including me, the weather was so bad you had to resort to various techniques to make the photos more interesting). |

Beautiful picture! Great job! It's a tiny bit on the under-exposed but the blur (or whatever you used) more then makes up for it. 8. |

Nice picture, be a little better if it was a little less foggy. Nicely shot. |

I LOVE how misty and surreal this photo is! This would be a gorgeous wall print. It's really one I could stare at all day. |
